Ultrasonic welding:

Ultrasonic welding is used to fuse the elastic belt into the outer side of both ends of the mask body. This is the last process of outer ear mask production. The machine is driven by 8sets servo motor, with precise transmission and adjustable speed. This outer ear line welding machine includes the ear line automatic feeding mechanism, ear line cutting mechanism and automatic welding mechanism.
