Equipment Overview
It is applicable for the quantification test of sealing strength,
heat-seal quality, bursting pressure of the bag and the sealing
leakage performance for the flexible package products and germfree
packaging bag which are made by various technologies of heat seal
and splicing, and the quantification test of sealing performance
for various plastic anti-theft bottle caps, and also quantification
test of the overall sealing performance, anti-pressure strength,
connection strength, fatigue strength, sealing strength and
ligation strength for
various tubes.

Test principle
Positive pressure method for test: Set the related parameters and inject some gas with certain
pressure into the inward of the sample, through testing the
pressure change inside the sample with pressure sensor, we can
evaluate the overall sealing performance of the sample. And we can
also use the regulated air pressure to conduct the test of pressure
and bursting resistance on the sample.
Test principle: burst, creep to rupture
Four-side-sealed (full-sealed) aseptic packaging bag adopts the
principle of inflatable needle
The open-ended three-side sealing packaging bag adopts the
principle of test sealing and inflation
